7.0 one2many - editable = top - add item badly placed

in o2m the "Add item" is always placed at the bottom of the list.

This works well as long only a few lines exist and the "Add item" is visible without scrolling

otherwise the user has to scroll to the end of the list - click "Add item" - scroll up to the first - now empty - line

not very user friendly, especially for novices

the "Add item" must always be visible (similar to what is discussed in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/openerp-web/+bug/1077409)

Hello Ferdinand,

I have checked your issue and you are correct that we need to scroll when the records are more in one2many field. But this happens only when we have set the editable=top. If we change it to editable=bottom then it is working fine. You just need to change the editable's value to bottom.

So I am adding this to wishlist.

Well editable=top worked for years now and due to the redesign it becomes unusable

I just want to recall that having editable=bottom the user does not see the column headings any more and has to enter data blindly - hence your suggestion is of no practical use - sorry to say
