[Trunk/7.0] add icon/button for resizing the pop-up

it seems that popup windows have an unnecessary max width defined which creates unnecessary horizontal scroll bars.

the resizing of the popup is very cumbersome
* only the left bottom corner can be used to enlarge the window
* missing icon/button to get a full size

a major really unnecessary usability issue

I have checked your Issue with latest. there are two different Issue for this bug report which are following as,

For Issue#1 : You talk about the pop-up width- height must be dynamic. but as per usability point of view current pop-up seems fine. If width or height of pop-up little bit more than it's look unseemly. so we can not consider this Issue.

For Issue#2 : For pop-up resizing icon/button, But this is not a bug but rather than it's your suggestion to add icon/button for resizing the pop-up. so we can consider this is as your suggestion and considering it as a "Wishlist".

I can not agree on your reasoning on issue #1
it is a major hassle for user if they do not SEE the complete content of a popup

I didn't say the window should always be larger, but if necessary it MUST be larger.

To follow your arguments, the popup should have a minimum width/height , but not a maximum width/height.

usability means that user can SEE as much as possible of the content of a window, not having a "nice" window.
