[6.1] url field widget: in form view, does not prepend http:// when we click to open

Bug Description
Hello,
This occurs in 6.1 version only, the trunk version is not concerned because the "open" button has been removed from the url widget in form view.
To reproduce it on 6.1:
- Goto Sales > Customers
- Open Agrolait in page view
- Website is "http://
- Edit the customer
- The website field contains "www.agrolait.com" which is also correct, but if you click on the "Open" button, it will open "www.agrolait.com" (so openerp's url + field's value) instead of "http://

This Issue is affected only 6.1. and this patch are working well at my end. So I am assign this Issue to OPW team with low Importance.
