No timezone management in webclient 6.1 and trunk

Bug Description
1. Start a new database
2. Crete meetings
3. Change your timezone in your user preferences.
4. Refresh the page: the meetings are still at the same time
On the GTK, the hours are correctly changed in 6.1 (don't know for the trunk).
This problem doesn't only appears in the meetings: if you want to use fetchmail, it will load the mails at the correct time if you fetch manually with GTK, but not the correct time if you fetch manually with the webclient
