To replicate this bug,
Set Technical features to Admin,
Save, Update (F5),
Edit Again and Set Costing Method to True in the Admin User,
Save, Update (F5),
Go to Purchase or Sale / Warehouse, Find a Product Menu.
Open a Product Record, there you will find Arch XML Error.
