partial picking should appear as 'ready' when 1 product is available

Bug Description
create a stock move with qty = 15, confirm it and make sure the picking policy for the delivery is 'partial'. Assign a quant with qty 10 only (make sure there can't ba any other available quant that can be found) to the move and check the picking state.
It should be 'ready to transfer' even if a qty of 10 out of 15 is available only, because of the picking policy set to 'partial'
There should also be a button on the stock move to unreserve its quants as soon as one is attached (even if not totally available).
Finally, the reserved quants field should be readonly in the stock move form view
