Update revision when having 2 branch addons

Bug Description
We are testing our branches using the runbot.openerp.com, from mihai-fekete team.
The revision is updated only if we use one addons branch, if we put 2 addons branch it will not update with the latest revision...
What can be the problem...
Configure a build on runbot.openerp.com with 2 addons branches
When update a revision to one of the branch it will not update on runbot...it will stay on the revision it was created.
