sometimes searching not working when web_group_expand module is installed

Bug Description

Install the module web_group_expand,then go to sale order, add a sale order line, select search more on products then type on the search bar. We will not be able to search anything.
or
Also goto installed modules, click on the update module list, then type on the search bar..you will not be able to seach anything
