Create school, then delete the school and try create one with the same name - unique requirement

Bug Description
When creating a new school, the record is created. After deleting the school entry the school is removed from the list of schools and the grid shows no schools exist. When recreating the school with the same name an error is displayed stating that the record must be unique. This would suggest perhaps that the entry in the database is not removed even though OpenERP no longer sees the record on the schools grid.
