Hello,

I do not understand what is your problem.

Can you please give more details on:

1. What you did (steps to reproduce)
2. What happened when you did it
3. What you expected instead of what happened

I thinks that's related to the configuration of the payment methods.
On the payment methods, you can configure the "Import Rule" and "Days before cancel" options.
If a payment method has the "never" import rule, sales orders linked to this method will never be imported.
If the rule is "authorized" or "paid", they will be imported only if the sales orders are authorized or paid. If sales orders are not paid or authorized within the delay configured on "Days before cancel", they won't be imported at all.

My intuition is that your sales orders are linked to payment methods configured as "Paid" and have not been paid since more than 30 days.

Yes, 0 means infinite.

I think it could be added there: http://openerp-magento-connector.com/howto/faq.html

The source of the documentation is there if you want to propose a change: https://code.launchpad.net/~openerp-connector-core-editors/openerp-connector-magento/7.0

For the default parameters, I think that if you configure default values, they will be used.
