Bug Description

Hello,

The Dial button appears in both mobile phone and fixed phone fields when viewing a Client or a Supplier. But if you install the base_contact module, there is no Dial button when viewing any contact associated (or not) to a client/supplier.

I am using 6.1 series.

Using the base_contact module brings A LOT of problems in OpenERP, not just this one :)

That's why base_contact has been dropped in OpenERP 7.0.

In fact, in order to support base_contact in asterisk_click2dial, I think we would need to develop a "compatibility" module that would be named for example "asterisk_click2dial_base_contact" and that would add the "Dial" button in the new views declared by base_contact. It's probably easy to do ; if you have some experience in OpenERP development, it won't take you long.

Don't really have any experience...

I understand your position but... for how long people will stay in 6.1 until they migrate on to 7.0? I mean, it is a quality certified module and it would be nice to have that feature as I suppose many people have installed base_contact module...
