Bug Description

When subnet is not specified when creating docker network and if network in contrail has only one subnet contrail-windows-docker-driver should get subnet information from contrail and use it.

When contrail network has one subnet and
docker network doesn't have defined subnet
docker driver should use CIDR from contrail network
