openshift: coredump pattern is not set on node

Bug Description

Coredump pattern is set on master, but not on nodes.
This causes false alarm for coredump.

This is what's missing on nodes.
echo "/var/crashes/core.%e.%p.%h.%t" > /proc/sys/kernel/core_pattern
