please fix instructions for contrail -ansible-deployer

As per the meeting , the instructions below need fixing. Please see emails attached.
Also, please can you add this information to the document?

 Hi all,

To run contrail-ansible-deployer you need two Linux machines
• one for running Ansible - Ansible can be run from the development laptop
• one for Contrail Controller - bare CentOS
Playbooks should work with Ansible 2.4.2.0 and it must be installed on Ansible control node. On Ansible control node you have to clone https://github.com/Juniper/contrail-ansible-deployer repository. You can find instances.yaml based on the configuration in our CI, in this gist: https://gist.github.com/sodar/d7945a610f5053d467de80c6feb09245. Copy this file to config/ directory in contrail-ansible-deployer repository. To run controller provisioning use commands from this gist: https://gist.github.com/sodar/a4754538b3bd10a5dabbde9c7f6ee605. Before running, variables written in uppercase should be replaced with correct values.
