contrail-windows-setup documentation: Please add missing steps

Hi Michal,
There were some steps missing and incorrect from the installation of the contrail-windows as discussed on 13th july?

Configure Ansible remoting section was added on June 29th(see email below) but some other steps we had to take on 13th june were missing.

It should be updated now. Previously we accidentally updated a copy of this document.
