Bug Description

Hi Ramprakash,
This is the issue we discussed while installing contrail on a single node.
Followed https://github.com/Juniper/contrail-ansible-deployer/wiki/Contrail-with-Kolla-Ocata
The docker-compose version was incorrect which resulted in failures at a later stage.
