Bug Description

Reproduced on R3.2.

check_service_interval is set to a high value in the configuration so that it doesn't have any effect.

When a lbaas SI is destroyed, the VMIs and VMs of the SI are not properly destroyed. They are removed later by the service check function called every 60s by default.
