Bug Description
I'm using Contrail R3.1.
When creating a new virtual interface, using vif utility tool, and specifying vif number by option --vif <vif ID>, both vif_idx and vif_os_idx of resulting vr_interface structure are set to the vif ID.
Is this the intended behaviour? If I understand it correctly, vif_idx should be set to the requested parameter, but vif_os_idx should be set according to the interface's name via if_nametoindex, independently of the value passed to --vif. Is this correct?.
