Bug Description
Contrail version: 2.21.3-56
On a compute node, counting number of tap interfaces using ifconfig gives a different number than the web UI. It always differs by 3. Count in the web UI always shows 3 more tap interfaces than what actually exists. If there are no tap interfaces, the web UI shows 3, if there is 1, it shows 4 and so on.
