Bug Description
IFMAP python cleint does not escape not supported XML characters in certain cases.
We meet an issue with 1.10 release where VNC API tries to delete a IF-MAP link with where an ID was not escaped and crashed irond server.
That issue was not reproducible on master branch due to lot of change around that code.
