ifmap-server: not possible to manage xms and xmx settings

Bug Description

For the moment we don't able to manage xmx and xms java setting and memory in general.

The default java settings take 1/4 of the entireram available.

ps: the ifmap-server lauch is a bit dirty… (yes the script was made by me :-))
