discovery not showing all subscribers (introspect)

Bug Description

On this tor-scale setup, we have totally 256 tor-agents (64 tor-agents on 4 tor-agent nodes in active/standby mode managing 128 tors : nodei38, nodei28, nodei37, nodei30)
The tor-agents do get their xmpp servers and have subscribed to them

But discovery subscribers list don’t show all of them .. Why is that ? Setup is in same state.

Currently it shows only the recent subscribers from nodei28 (64 tor-agents)…
