fab add_static_route_node Failing

Hi Team,

For Contrail 2.0 HA cluster installation "fab add_static_route_node" is failing and the workaround used was reboot all node in cluster and run fab install static route one by one.
Please note that it failed for Ubuntu 14.04 and for Ubuntu 12.4.03 it went fine. We have tested couple of time and it failed every time for Ubuntu 14.04. The logs are attached.
