Bug Description

LB Pool stats always errors out
root@openstack-ctrl:~# neutron lb-pool-stats mypool
argument of type 'NoneType' is not iterable
root@openstack-ctrl:~#

Is there any plan to at least return an empty list instead of None, that way automation scripts won't error out.
