Bug Description

With contrail/havana branch of Neutron openContrail plugin, the command 'neutron net-list --shared' failed with that logs [1]

The commit [1] added the 'shared' network attribute support but the commit [2] re-added some code that disabled the support of the 'shared 'attribute.
