Horizon/Contrail Networks list does not display instance count

Bug Description
As a horizon user, create network A with one subnet and associate an IPAM to it.
Create three instances, allocating IPs from network A to each instance.
Check the networks list in the interface, and see:
0 instances in 1 IP Blocks, 253 available IP addresses
Rather than the correct:
3 instances in 1 IP Blocks, 250 available IP addresses
