Allow "list" command to display versioned TVs

Bug Description

The "list" command should optionally display the CompositeTruthValues in their entirety (I.e. the truth value in different contexts) and the [U,L] values of IndefiniteTVs. Currently it just displays the mean and confidence of the main TV.

The list command should also allow listing all atoms that have a truth value for a particular context (and just show the truth value for that context).

This was fixed as a consequence of this fix: https://bugs.launchpad.net/opencog/+bug/494631

Although as is now it's not an option as suggested here and will always display the truth values entirely.
