Bug Description
Provide a method in the AtomSpace to get only Atoms that are in the attentional focus, or above a given STI or LTI threshold.
This could be done as another getHandleSet template method that takes the addition of an AttentionValue:
Also, provide filter functions that will take a container of Handles and remove those outside of the attentional focus or below a given STI/LTI threshold.
