Bug Description
The Hopfield network emulator has two modes: 1. A serial training and then testing for each pattern, and 2. An interleaved training and testing, such that the training of patterns can overlap for each training cycle.
The interleaved mode doesn't output performance records with the '-a' option like the serial mode does.
Interleave mode should have the ability to output performance to files using the -a option.
