While the illustration is not that of Disney's Peter Pan, it is still an illustration of the Peter Pan character, protected by copyright to the Great Ormond Street Hospital for several more years.

While this is developed into the site, I would suggest a disclaimer or link to the full license/terms from the introductory text on the home page: "The Open Clipart Library (OCAL) is the Largest Collaboration Community that creates, shares and remixes clipart. All clipart is released to the public domain and may be used in any project for free and with no restrictions. "
