The fix included in that patch (oc.patch) is not included in the current code at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openchange/1:0.11~bzr1932-1build1

Here is my failed attempt at patching:

I got the source by doing:

Are you sure you encountered this with evolution-exchange? That doesn't use openchange in any way, only evolution-mapi does.

You're right. I don't think it is openchange. I think the real problem is with libmapi

libmapi is part of openchange. Neither is used by evolution-exchange (only by evolution-mapi).

As noted in the original bug filed with the openchange group, my e-addressbook-factory process has Tons of open files of type "IPv4 network connection" to my exchange server.

Should I open this bug somewhere else?
