selected openbox for login, but does open ubuntu-one or metacity with crashes

After update oneiric myriad of apport assisted crashes at login. These include metacity and ubuntu-one, even so they are not supposed to load at all.

Before update from 11.04, I had openbox running well. Within it I called many gnome-* tools without problem and had a slim and speedy environment.

Somehow gdm does not honor openbox properly and loads other conflicting window managers.

Cannot add openbox as "Also affects project Also affects distribution" in launchpad. Admin please add.

could you please provide the gdm logs ? just do an apport-collect 820217 after getting the issue, thanks.

Thanks for you interest.

After some update/upgrade to recent oneiric packages the issue is resolved. Crashes do not appear instantly any more.
