Bug Description

I believe there is only 1 pixel to click on when resizing windows with the
mouse (clicking edge of the window) This has become rather painful for me.
Please allow me to "grab" nearby pixels.

There are workarounds such as increasing border size, but since KDE has this feature, it's a very ugly workaround.

another workaround is to use alt + right mouse button, but of course it would be good to resize it easily just with mouse

The openbox developers are insisting that the visual border size is the
same thing as the area you must position the mouse pointer over to drag.
On other platforms this isn't true. And in practice, increasing the visual
border size to a to a clickable size makes my windows look bad.
