Bug Description
We need to recreate the Bucket CF with a TimeUUID comparator. Right now it's using the UTF8 comparator, which means that the UUIDs are being lexically sorted. In some cases this makes no difference, but we'd like to present a time-ordered view of the instances in a problem on the problem page. This is presently impossible given the aforementioned mistake.

As Brian points out, this is now fixed. The 'Bucket' CF uses a TimeUUID comparator.
