Since in many countries The Pirate Bay has been blocked, I suggest to implement support for other search engines or eben aggregators like torrentz.eu

I suggest to try an mirror of TPB, for example thepiratebay.ee, if an exception is caught (line 271). This will in most cases go around blocks as they only block the main site.
