Inconsequent capitalization of the word onboard

Bug Description

The word onboard is capitalized in many ways in the application. I've came across "onboard", "OnBoard", "onBoard" and even "Onboard". Such inconsequency can be easily fixed and makes the application a bit more professional.

Fixed in main. It should be "Onboard" everywhere now.

You can find the new version of Onboard that among others includes this bug fix in my PPA for Ubuntu Natty:

I am writing this here in case you might want to try the new release.
