Freeze Exc. Req. - New release - diff.gz supplied

Hi,

I have packaged the new 0.92.0 release of onboard and will add the corresponding diff.gz file to this bug thread.

As I am not sure that I did everything correctly, I will also add the release tarball (tar.gz file) and the package with the debian dir (zip file) to this thread.

It would be great to get this added, however it will require a feature freeze exception. Please have a read here, https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess to find out more about what has to be done to get such a freeze granted. Plesae add the requested informatin to the bug, and subscribe the ubuntu-release team.

@ Ubuntu release team: Here are a few additional points that might be helpful for the freeze exception process:

 * the package builds in the pbuilder environment (see attached log file)

 * it was successfully added to the pointer users ppa: https://edge.launchpad.net/~onboard-pointer-users/+archive/ppa/+build/1271958/+files/buildlog_ubuntu-karmic-i386.onboard_0.92.0-0ubuntu1~karmic~ppa1_FULLYBUILT.txt.gz

 * translations are broken in the version currently shipping ( version 0.91.2), so not point to keep version 0.91.2 because of translations

The changelog looks appropriate for an upgrade at this time. Most of it is bug fixes, and glade->gtkbuilder porting is trivial. Approved.

Francisco, there has been a change made to onboard since you created the .diff.gz/new upstream release. Could you possibly integrate that change into your .diff.gz?

The 0.92.0 release has been created from revision 188 from trunk and there has not been any commit (apart post release increments) to trunk and to the onboard/0.92 branch.

Do you mean the translation updates for trunk that get automatically exported by launchpad?

I think Luke means the fix for "on-screen keyboard allows access to user files without login" (LP: #440371) which doesn't seem to be committed anywhere.

I've attached the diff between onboard-0.91ubuntu2 and onboard-0.91.2 that contains the fix.
