Some keys don't work in GIMP

Hi and thanks for Onboard!

I'd like to use Onboard 1.4.1 with GIMP's text tool. My desktop environment is KDE Plasma on top of Arch Linux. The version of GIMP is 2.10.18.

Entering characters using the text tool works reliably for some keys, but for some it doesn't.

These keys work reliably, meaning pressing them creates characters in the image via GIMP's text tool:

  * letters
  * numbers
  * '
  * [
  * ]

On the other hand, these keys don't work most of the time. They produce a character rarely, but I can't tell under which circumstances:

  * Backspace (works sometimes when having selected a few letters)
  * Enter
  * Arrows
  * Del
  * ,
  * .
  * /
  * ;
  * <
  * `
  * -
  * =
  * Tab

I didn't see any Onboard messages in journalctl.

Does this behave the same on your systems? Thanks for looking into this!
