Bug Description
Mouse scroll is working fine until i enable auto mouse click using 'onboard' utility.
Once auto mouse click is enabled i could only scroll using arrow keys, mouse scroll is no longer working.
Also observed this behaviour in some other applications: gedit, file upload dialog, System Monitor
Firefox, Vivaldi (browser), Eclipse (IDE) seem to be working fine.
