Bug Description
Hello,
OnBoard 1.2 doesn't appear on Fullscreen Applikation in Ubuntu Mate 16.04.

That makes sense, struts would be invisible in full-screen applications, just like panels. I doubt we can change this behavior from Onboard's side. This is the window manager's decision.

I have fixed it. You have to unselect the Option that the keyboard appears on Bottom.
