Failed keyboard configuration on reboot

Bug Description

I have a laptop ACER Aspire E15 E5-571G-337K with French keyboard

After each reboot, i have to run the following command to have corrects specials characters :

sudo dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration

then the keyboard is correct for all the sessions but unfortunately after a reboot I have the old broken keyboard
