Bug Description
In the COPYING file, it says that Onboard is GPL-2+.
In several file headers, I see references to GPL-3+.
In debian/copyright, the GPL-3+ is said to be the software's license.
Which one is true?
(btw. I am currently packaging Onboard for Debian)

I've send a mail around the team asking if there are any traces of GPLv2 code left. Most likely It's all GPLv3+ by now, my contributions certainly are, but I'm not completely sure about the ancient parts of Onboard.
