Bug Description
Plank's hide feature does not play well with Onboard when the latter is in docked mode. When plank is set to autohide, it will appear at all when the cursor is placed at the bottom margin of the screen. When plank is set to intellihide, it will behave irratically (i.e. plank will either appear below and obscured by Onboards, or above and blocking Onboard, but in both cases will not hide again).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set plank to autohide/
2. Open Onboard
3. Set Onboard to dock at bottom screen edge
4. Move cursor to bottom screen edge to reveal the hidden Plank
5. Move cursor away again.
I'm not sure if this is a bug in Plank or Onboard, so I'll file this bug against both projects and let

Onboard 0.99.0 has a known problem with detecting window managers, which likely is the cause for the stacking issues in Compiz. See similar bug #1249825 for more. Current trunk seems to stay above Plank when docked, at least on my development system. You can get a version with the fix from our snapshot PPA: /launchpad. net/~onboard/ +archive/ snapshots

I can't reproduce any other erratic behavior with Plank, but maybe I'm doing things wrong. How do you toggle intellihide? I haven't found a configuration dialog. It auto-hides by default right after installation, though. Pretty nifty dock, BTW., I think I'll keep it running for a bit longer.
