Bug Description
When I get a large source tree, let's say mysql, a small window that says "Progress" appears, although there are no visible widgets in it. The small and main windows will turn grey, I'll be asked to force quit, but if I wait it will finish. This should be fixed, using an actual progress bar and not tricking gnome into believing it has become a fully unresponsive application.
