Olive-GTK provides no way of creating a new file

Bug Description

Olive-GTK provides a menu item for creating a new directory in a branch, but does not provide a menu entry for creating a new file. There should be a menu item for create new file which has a dialog to get the name and then starts the users preferred editor with that filename.
