Bug Description

When I type in:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:peterpall/oggfix

I get the following lines in return:
Executing: gpg --ignore-time-conflict --no-options --no-default-keyring --secret-keyring /etc/apt/secring.gpg --trustdb-name /etc/apt/trustdb.gpg --keyring /etc/apt/trusted.gpg --primary-keyring /etc/apt/trusted.gpg --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80/ --recv 97A3301795825EC82FA9D5E483D5386DBFD112CA
gpg: requesting key BFD112CA from hkp server keyserver.ubuntu.com
gpgkeys: key 97A3301795825EC82FA9D5E483D5386DBFD112CA not found on keyserver
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
gpg: Total number processed: 0

Seems like the project lies on launchpad's side and they claim that it will sometimes take hours until the key works. But they already have the fingerprint so the key should be there, shouldn't it?

Works now. Seems like we had to wait for the key.
