Hi! I think your programm is very simple and useful at the same time, thats what I like about it :)
Lately I 've faced a problem, as i was trying to convert a ".avi" video into ".ogg". I didnt know which quality settings to use too keep the output video in the same size as the input video, or the same quallity as the input video. I am also not familiar with that all OGG quallity settings... What is the best cut between size and quallity? So I think you should include something that is intuitive clear to set the quality the right way... The best I can think off is the destination filesize, or something like presets...
Anyway... Keep it simple!
I'll make some thoughts about logo... if you already have some ideas, tell me, I'll help

This program is very well done because is very simple to use.
As mentioned by VLK, would be great is the program preserve all setting present in the original video (bitrate, frame rate, etc) and a batch conversion would be great.
The inclusion of presets is a great idea, like "WinFF"
