Libvpx 1.1 not work with Oggconvert 0.3.3

Hi Tristan!

Thanks a lot your app let me convert many .MOV to Webm/VP8 but yesterday I try to update to the latest libvpx 1.1 from packages.quantal and oggconvert stop working.
Later updated some libc libraries and gstreamer version of quantal, and the problem didnt went out. So I tried to update to quantal-nearBeta1 to check if can solve the issue, and not. It didnt work.

So, now Im with Quantal, libvpx 1.1 and cant convert any more with vp8/webm nor vp8/ogg. But with vp8/matroska it works.

When start to convert, oggconvert create the _newfile_.webm and then crash with this message:
"GStreamer error: preroll failed"

I love your app.

Let me add one more thing, a wish option that for sure many people asked it before: "batch mode" or choose a "folder" to convert.
