Bug Description
The wrong format character is passed to django date filter for the minutes value on the builds page, ie. 'm' (month) is being passed instead of 'i' (minutes) which is making the minutes field in the started at and finished at column show the month instead of minute of the hour the builds started or finished at respectively.
The argument to the date filter should be updated to match that being passed to the date filter on the builds_detail page to be consistent (and correct).
