Update/install fails

Hello, I'm trying to configure a new instance of OpenERP. I've followed the step-by-step instructions provided at https://launchpad.net/oerpenv, but I always get an error when executing 'oerpenv update':

Am I missing any dependencies? Thank you in advance!
